Dancer / Teacher / Choreographer

Throughout her childhood Ashley trained in ballet (RAD syllabus), contemporary jazz, tap, irish, and hip hop with Studio 33 and Toowoomba School of Dance. This led her to train fulltime at the Australian Dance Performance Institute and Sydney Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Program where she studied under the guidance of varying inspirational artists and teachers from around the world. From 2018-2020 Ashley danced with Ballet Junior de Genevè in Switzerland, performing, and touring the works of world-renowned contemporary choreographers in Switzerland and France. From 2020 – 2023 Ashley developed her love for teaching at JE Dancehouse where she took on the position of Assistant Principal, Teacher, and Choreographer.

Ashley recently arrived back to JE Dancehouse after spending a year in London where she expanded on her knowledge while dancing and teaching at Danceworks London. Since returning Ashley has co-founded Dance Co. Toowoomba alongside Jameille Eugarde which is Toowoomba’s newest Contemporary Ballet Company for aspiring dancers aged 8-18yrs. Ashley is very excited to continue sharing her love, passion and knowledge of dance.
